I think the original Talk Board was simply an advisory committee appointed by Randy.

IIRC, Dhammer53 & Punki were 2 asked to serve. I can't recall the others, but they were among the original members. Rudi seems to also stick in my mind.

But I don't remember all that well - I was too busy soaking up miles & points info to really pay too much attention to it
