I did some rentals from Alamo and Avis and often I use a coupon code or some contract ID or AWD# that says will give me bonus miles, whether its 1,000 miles or double miles. Anyway, the original miles always post, whether 250 or the 2 miles per $ spent but never the bonus. I always have to call in to DM or the car rental company for an adjust which I don't mind it at all, but am curious if any of you have been getting car rental bonus miles posted to your accounts? Did you have to call in for the bonus miles or did they post automaticaly? Please explain. Thanks.
