I was going to say the restroom, until you referred to it as nasty. I'll admit they are not so sanitary, however, I'd much rather get comfortable for a 6-hour flight than fly in a suit.
The only other idea I can think of is if you have elite status at another airline, enter that lounge to change and then take the AirTrain to T6 for your jetBlue flight to SMF.
Otherwise, the restroom is the only place I can think of...
