I presume that the address needs to match but I have no problem transferring points from my partner's Tesco Clubcard Accounts (same address, different surname) to miles in my BA Executive Club account every quarter using the tesco.com clubcard deals page.
I have three Clubcard Accounts in my name at my address and can transfer points from all into my Exec Club account.
