I've been trying to buy a small battery-powered one as a gift. In all my googling I found just one product available here in the USA -- the IGIA model. There seem to be other quite interesting products available in the UK, but I have yet to find any way of getting them shipped here to the USA.

Does anyone have any experiences with such devices? Any suggestions on a particular model, or on how to get one that can only be shipped to the UK?
