im sure that i read somewhere, think it was skynews.com, that the government has yet to say where the money that this new tax raises, will be spent! That it may not even go to an environomental dept?!?!

I understand the need to preserve our environment but my heart also goes out to families who have barley been able to afford a holiday overseas and now have to cough up even more to line the pockets of Gordon Brown. What is it 40 GBP long- haul per person?!?!
