I fly mostly NWA but sometimes AF as I can get miles there as well. I don't really understand the AF classes. I have just flown BOS-AMS-CDG in business class with the last AMS-CDG leg in AF. There were three different sections and I was in the "middle" one despite a C ticket. The service was fine, a nice little breakfast but I was puzzled about what the class "ahead" of me was. There can't be a real First Class on a 45 minute flight, I assume. Any clairification appreciated.
