My JC penny purchases took 7 weeks. The first 2 purchases only took 3 weeks. The remainder posted all at once 5 weeks later.

JC penny called me to make sure that I did order 5 wash cloths. They thought it might have been a computer genrerated error. I assured them It was OK. I had to make 5 separate purchases for a special promotion.
