I have just managed to bring someone else's details up on the purchase page when I backclicked - anyone out there with the initials RI with an email address @well*****o. It would appear the site is cracking under the strain.
Incidentally I had a problem with how the phone no should be entered on credit card payment page, earlier so phoned the helpline and she said there was a problem and asked was I buying points -i obviously wasn't the first caller. BTW phone no should be entered as full UK no minus the zero.
