I was there last April...it wasn't too bad - run by Alitalia, if I recall it was landside, overlooking a parking lot. But they had a great Illy coffee machine and some nice snacks. Three very glam AZ ladies (all with big hair) chatting away - never saw them do any work other than welcome BA pax and help themselves to coffee! It was certainly a pleasant and comfy place to relax...three computer terminals available, too. Hope this helps.
