In the absence of definitive proof one way or the other, I'm with plat. You, and anyone else for that matter, are welcome to assume the worst about NW, but your basis for doing so does appear wholly divorced from any underlying evidence of an objective nature.
What do you want? Want posted SIS data? And fish the APIS-data feeds? Both of which are time-recorded. You want someone here to fish the FRA footage under false pretenses and put it up on YouTube. "Not gonna happen." And even if the FRA footage was supplied to you what are you going to make of it? Ask for the 40 persons to submit all their passport details and photographs to you for an investigation? "Not gonna happen."

I've never assumed the worst about NW. I wanted to get an understanding of what transpired and that means not accepting everything that any or all of these parties say at face value -- especially when at least two of the forty-two parties (one being NW) have been anything but wholly accurate and complete in their statements.

Where's NW doing the easy and telling how many seats on the plane went out empty? It's not 40.

Oh wait, I'm wrong, for NW never does anything wrong and is always wholly accurate and complete in its claims. My insincere apologies to NW.
