I made that exact point earlier, a few times. Of course, that the passengers and CAIR were given different explanations about what transpired, the questions and misunderstanding not only persist, the misunderstanding grows. Is wanting an investigation unexpected? Of course not.

And I've read here in this thread some post that some of the group were actually allowed to board, but you're saying none of the group was allowed to board, even those who had boarding passes met all the time requirements for checking in and being at the gate. A little clarity here via sources would be appreciated.
NW has not commented about the passenger loads publicly. They should comment about that. None of this group of 40 passengers traveled on the NW 51 that day.
Other passengers, including some who were muslims, including some coming back from hajj, were allowed to travel on the flight that day.
