See that's the weird thing.. according to flightaware.com the flight arrived within 2 mins of the other flights flying the same route that week.

The weather was really bad with moderate turbulence, so maybe they slowed down a bit and there were less headwinds, so the time was about the same but the energy expended by the jet less.
