30% discount on a DONE4 not using affiliates? That is astonishing and rather strange (the affiliates are LCC type operations, so cheaper than the mainline flights). It sounds like a corporate negotiated fare, but I've never heard of a OW fare product doing that before. Astonishing if true.

My own experience with discounts on OWE is that 3% is about the maximum (and that is about half of the TA's commission). You seem to be doing much better, for some reason. Most TA's outside of Asia/Australia/NZ will give 0 discount -- they don't have much commission to work with. In fact in the US many TAs charge USD 150 to ticket a RTW, so it is a surcharge instead of a discount.
