Hi,

I have a flight from SYD-JFK on QF.

The flight from Syd stops at LAX at which point I transfer across to an AA (QF codeshare) flight to make it to JFK.

Given that the flight from LAX to JFK is about 2475miles and I will do this return (as well as one or two internal flights) can I credit the LAX-JFK-LAX portion of the trip even though it is booked with QF to my AA card for the challenge? The new rules states that it has to be on AA metal and this is AA metal. I cant quite work out the codes though. I know that the QF flight is in N which AA does not recgonise but will it be treated the same when I am on AA metal? Any assistance would be appreciated.
