I appreciate everybody`s responses. This is most helpful. I find the lack of a breakfast perk at Courtyard to be curious. If a Courtyard in the general area of a FS Marriott has a comparable price, there doesn`t seem to be any incentive to stay at the Courtyard. Regarding ohmark`s question re:why travel on the weekend, I take numerous weekend holidays with my significant other, and staying at a nice hotel is more important at that time than when I am traveling by myself.
