We followed her and she was weaving in and out of the terminal and led us through a liquor store and at the back of the store was the entrance to a hallway and eventually an elevator to the RCC. This is really due to the construction work, and you can get to the RCC without actually going through the liquor store. Just follow the (gray?) "Lounges" signs.
I hear the boarding gate will be changing too. And all *A airlines should move to terminal 1. Overall I dont see that as bad news, and I'd expect new facilities to be nicer than the current one. I'm just concerned about access to United agents. Having a *A lounge is fine as long as there are still UAL agents and computers to help passengers with various questions.
Also the food selection in the RCC was fairly decent. Hope this won't change. There was no free Internet. Hope this will change. Hmm. Not holding my breath.
