Fraud or something like that.

I just cancelled my first WP award travel and got there cancellation verifaction and refund. My ? is that isn't this travel suppost to be free, besides taxes on mine they had a fare of 21.08 and taxes of $35.50 is this how it was when you cancelled award travel?
