I visit a website often called www.tv-now.com. They have a great website for us who like tv and movies. They have added a link for a 5-minute survey regarding your tv viewing for a $10 Amazon certificate. I was skeptical, but took the survey. Today (2 days later) I received my certificate.

The link on the survey says it is limited to the first 150 responders.
