Our stay at an IC hotel last year covered two weekends and we were allowed to use two cerificates - however the stay was two reservations one in my name and one in my wife's (We both were Amb members at the time of the booking and stay) and in fact we were given two bills - just stayed in the same room. I would suggest making the two bookings and then informing the hotel what you seek.
