Cabin crew deliberately leaving me a breakfast tray on the empty seat next to me, so that I can have breakfast after the cabin's been secured for landing, having been firmly asleep all through the flight until then. ^ ^ It's happened more than once, but most recently last Friday. It's a very thoughtful touch, the sort of thing that you don't normally expect down the back.
