When booking a webaward or regular award, when I am logged in as Plat, and I check availibility I get zilch seats on flights where I know the buckets are open. So I tried with Juniors account. Worked fine!
Anybody have suggestions on how I can go about the utterly difficult chore of getting FB to troubleshoot this glitch? Booking a webaward over the phone is just such a pain!
Oh, and on more thing: Webawards seem to never work when you request the tickets for two or more people at the same time. But it did work with the regular account when booking one person at a time - then it worked without a problem.

I have exactly the same problem. I am completely unable to book any award whatsoever online. Not matter what destinations I choose, or whether I choose one way or roundtrip, try connections or single sectors, the system always returns an unavailable message.
About 2 months ago, I demonstrated this problem in the AF/KL office here in Jakarta to the entire staff. They looked for all kinds of segments with availability in their system (both AF and KL), so the information was definitely correct coming from the airline's system rather than from a third party, after which I tried to book the seats and not a single one was available through the booking tool.
I am very eager to get a solution to this problem, because, as it goes, webawards are all but unreachable for me in this manner. The staff here at the AF/KL CGK office promised to look into it, but quite obviously there hasn't been any positive outcome as per yet.
