well, if the lines into the intl terminal are really long, go through the elite lines at the domestic terminal and then take the shuttle to the international terminal.
but the lines at the intl terminal usually move so much faster that i doubt it'd ever be worth it, unless you're flying intl 1st and the GA is willing to walk you up to the front of the elite line (i've seen that happen a couple times).
