My conclusion is that there is a higher chance of encountering an "attitude" amongst the flight attendants of American airlines. I fly quite often on AA and regularly on some Asian airlines. Recently when I flew first-class on various routes with AA, I found their attendants were borderline rude. I shudder to think what they are like in coach.
