Anyways, first time I went to New York was back when I was like 10 or 11. The city looked to dank and dirty. I even remember Times Square looking rather shady and dark. But when I really got to know New York in '05, it was just so much better and the city felt alive. That's why I'm going there this weekend.

I'm still reserving complete judgment until I go there for Christmas.
