Trying to find one for 5/600 TPS from LGA/JFK but havent got a bloody clue how to do these things- and that is despite reading the guide.

Look ex-BOS. If you have the time you can go out to Hawaii. I'm flying ex-BOS for a cruise in March and paid about $1420 return for 720 TPs.
