Do you mean NRT as in Narita? This is the Thailand forum, so I think you should ask this question in the Japan forum or have the moderators move this post there. But AFAIK, NRT has very strict screening of incoming passengers regardless of where they are coming from. I don't know what their restriction are, but would guess you could very easily have a problem. Maybe someone with some more experience though can give a more precise answer.
