A day in KL doesn't really do much justice. It's a lot more spread out than Singapore and traffic can be a nightmare at times. You honestly are better off spending the night there OR you can splurge and fly on SQ F one way and take the last bus back to Sing which gets you into Singapore at around 6-7am.
BTW, SQ F one way is not much more than SQ Y on this route - and is well worth the little perks..
I'm a bit time restricted. KL was a bit of an afterthought. Hopefully, a day in KL will give me enough of a taste to want to go back for a longer trip next year.
Thanks for the heads-up about the F fare! I'm used to Australian F fares being far, far more expensive than Y (I guess blame Discount Y for that!).
Just rang SQ and paid an extra SGD59 for the upgrade to F.
Figured "what the hey, lets do MH as well". Cost an extra MYR222 and I have to take the e-ticket to MAS in Brisbane to pay for it. SG was far easier. CC over the phone and it's all done.
