My father suggested that I get him seats that are NOT in the old first class section (and NOT in Y ), as all the incidents happened to him when he was seated in the old first class section.

A theory of mine is that those seats are used more often by the elites; hence, the breakdown rate is higher.

After my father had some bad experiences with a broken entertainment system, I realized that everyone should check out their seat immediately before the gate is detached.

The entertainment system definitely needs improvement; however, many issues will be resolved after the new WBC seat is installed.
