Yes, I would have thought I would get a room on the 14th floor and so did the bellman who handled our luggage. But no, we were on the 12th floor; there is no 13th floor. I am not sure if it was because I'm a lowly silver or what. The hotel definitely were no where near full. But I did notice that there was a couple who was on the 11th floor and also part of Club 91. I would not accept a room below 12 though. The 12th and 14th floor have the large balconies. I would also recommend a south facing room which are the even numbers.

And yes the fee is $100 USD per day for Club 91.
