Nice is an interesting example. However then again LHR appears to be pitched differently to LGW and this is reflected not only in the 'I' Class availability however also in the price.
Off the top of my head I think there is £120 price difference between LHR-NCE and LGW-NCE, both in Club Europe. In fact it is almost 2 for 1 out of LGW if you time it right.
