I haven't taken any domestic US flights so can't compare but I've taken a mixture of Y and F flights on China Eastern, Hainan Airlines, Shanghai Airlines and Air China, e.g. PEK-KMG, SHA-CSX, PEK-PVG and DIG-KMG.

Whilst checkin and boarding can be a bit of a scrum (with people trying to cut queues etc), I agree that the inflight experiences have been very pleasant! ^

The staff - both on board and ground staff - have all been very helpful and courteous. It's just a shame that a number of the pax don't treat them with the respect they deserve.
