I am depply sorry that you did not enjoy your lastest LH flight.
Sure, LH Y may not deserve a gold or silver medal, but it certainly provides a standard service that you get from other major airlines.
Other than that, despite its not so popular Y seats, and lack of inflight entertainment, a lot of traveller still fly LH. It's all because LH is the synonym for safety.
Coughing passengers on LH is unavoidable, since they could be on any carriers, too.
20-30 minutes delay is not uncommon in view of air traffic congestion, and extra securities measures.
You said you were anxiously looking for a cute FA on LH? Ask Andrea.

I was fortunate to have two people across from me who were coughing the whole flight and hadn't bathed in weeks. So at least I got something extra for my money-a sore throat. The flight was also late 25-30 minutes, which was just enough for me and several others to miss connections. I consider this a lesson learned. Don't look for me on LH but whatever I'm flying look for me in C or F.
