I had no problems booking a flight from KUL-SIN on May 25. Were you using MAS' website or a 3rd party?

I ended up taking SG102 (0630-0725) SIN-KUL and MH607 (1930-2025) for the return. Mainly because the departure times suited me better, but also because booking separate one-way trips on different airlines came out slightly cheaper (about $20). And I'd never travelled on either SG or MH, so figured it was a good opportunity to try both out.
