Not sure on the Club Level Q, but I have a hunch the IC will be in the running. They have decent off peak rates.
As for the GHT and social event spaces, their restaurant Juniper is perfect in the evenings.
What type of event (i.e. # of people, level of sophistication of the venue, drinks or drinks & food, etc.,)?
