In my 40+ F&J flights internally i've never been served anything close to real champagne. The best i had was last week, a nice Great Wall Cab Sav with dinner!
IMHO, flying domestically on a very regular basis within China is no where near like flying in the US in the 70's & 80's. Granted, things are a lot better than the days of the dreaded CAAC....(Chinese Airlines Always Crash)...
