Just for curiosity.

If you call UA in Italy, are you transferred to their Polish call center? Do they have agents who speak Italian? As far as I know they have agents that speak German, French and Dutch. Maybe they´ve hired Italian speakers now. Or are you just transferred to India??? I can´t imagine an Italian who doesn´t speak much English trying to have a conversation with an agent in India who knows no Italian at all
