Well apparently, some of the equipment in the overhead is going to be moved somewhere in the galley..God only knows where. This should free up some space....hopefully more than one bin.

Here's the problem as I see it. The children in Tempe have one task...count the beans and put the right amount in the glass jar. In otherwords, definite bean counters. THEY ARE INDEED CHILDREN because if you every walk the halls of the HQ, they are all in their 20's/30's and will promise you most know NOTHING about customer service and inparticulary inflight service.

The BIGGEST problem is IMPLEMENTATION. In every aspect they have failed here. If they would take a moment to think through the task and all the problems that could arise, I promise you implementation would had been different. They are like alot of overexcited children at Christmas with no supervision or discipline. They make decisions without thinking. And the biggest kid is Doug Parker himself.
