Well, I'm one happy FB Plat. Elite camper today. Booked two one way award Business class seats AMS / SIN using my account. Paid EUR 166.00 for tax etc. Then went into my husband's account and booked two Business class award seats for the return sector. This time he paid EUR 111.00 for tax etc.

Having been scared to use and/or trust the award booking tool after comments read on this forum I was relieved and delighted to get email confirmation and our E-tickets. Still not trusting the system I rang the FB Service center to put meals requests into the PNRs and to prebook seats. Well, they had the bookings...the meals and the one lot of preallocated seats are now in and they even seemed to understand when I requested that the two PNRs be cross referenced. I shall check again though when I prebook the return seats.

Maybe booking one way flights is the key.
