Yes, I have succeded several times. It is extremely challenging. Once I succeded through the Canadian helpdesk, sending a screenshot via e-mail to a supervisor who then just did it, and twice through the French helpdesk or possibly a internet bookings hotline that I might have been transferred to. (Not sure on the last part). But it took me hours each time. And you need to find the right balance between sounding competent and decisive, being very friendly and patient, and extreme persistance with multiple tries.
