Read the reviews and decide for yourself, but we really liked the location of the Best Western Eden, the room and bathroom were okay, and the staff and public areas were good. It was very noisy periodically, with our room overlooking nightclubs. But we liked the location so well that we are staying there again, even if Priceline would offer a comparable 4* deal.
