Business class on basically any other train in the country will be better than on Acela. Acela "Business" is glorified coach, with the greatest amenity being Acela speeds. On certain Regional trains (especially the ones that go to/from Newport News, VA), you have a shot at getting spacious 2-1 configured club seats as Business. Same goes for the Vermonter trains, which operate on the corridor between Washington, DC and New Haven, CT. You also get complimentary sodas/water and possibly a newspaper in Business on Regionals.
