I'll second the naked wings. Breading on a wing is fake... much like the scenery at most Hoots, too.

Since Quaker Steak & Lube has started expanding past PA/OH, I've not felt a need to visit any Hoots for good wings. Now, if I only had a Hoots locally here in Wv, then I'd definitely stop and take a peek.
