You can choose to sort the display by price. If you do not choose a sort option, it sorts by carrier which is the default setting.

I wasn't trying to imply a consipiracy, but it's interesting to speculate how a.com's "lowest price guarantee" squares with only offering Y not B when the latter is 50% lower? It certainly makes them look un-competitive unless you want to call their reservations and pay the fee.
