this is not true. the Royal TS and the Royal Deluxe are NOT the same, TS is way better. The deluxe contains lettuce, tomatoes a sauce which I don't like - the TS contains lettuce, onions, mayonnaise.

at least true for France as well

Germany is converting some of the McDonalds restaurants in McCafe where they offer more or less the same Starbucks sells in the US. (different Coffee products, muffins, ...)
