The sausage pattie is thinner and more like a slightly spicy burger; the one I tried in Chicago had thicker, juicier (? more fat) and less spicy sausage.... tasted just an intriguing bit different.....

The egg and plastic cheese to hold it together were the same!
(And they have a plain English muffin available, with jam or..... Vegemite available at breakfast time!)
