Her attitude changed when she realized how I rented.
She originally assigned me a car that did not exist and being a Fastbreak member didn't get me my choice of vehicles.
I also had a luxury car reserved on the 4th of July weekend last year. Mysteriously, they were "out" of the class I had prepaid for. They had access to the fact I got the car for $40 a day. I did get $50 in coupons that I cannot use in Priceline booking for my troubles.
I'm not saying that I didn't get a good deal, but it seemed like I was treated differently because they weren't making a full profit. A friend who was once in the business said I might have these problems. I'm curious if anyone else has.
