There indeed is booze in the SEA WorldClub. As clarence5ybr notes, due to Washington State Liquor Control Board regulations, it has to be served to you by an employee.

This is the case with all the airline clubs at SeaTac I've visited, including NWA and AS. There usually is a sign posted saying so.
