A decade back, I did a summer in Maine, and found that their "McLobster" was quite a creditable lobster roll....without the gobs of dressing, celery, and other garbage that most of the cheap tourist places served. Just enough mayo to keep the shredded lobster together and on a regular seseme seed bun.
