SFO, hands down the best airport in the US, at least for UA domestic and any int'l. DEN is also pretty nice.
Also, for smaller airports, MKE is a very nice facility. Fast and efficient.^
Speaking of which, MKE and MCI are hubs for Midwest Airlines (YX.) By the way, the IATA code for Denver is DEN, not DIA.
